*Does not include $8.50 – $34 NYC dog licensing fee. Unaltered animals may require a $150 spay/neuter deposit.
Our adoption events are on a first-come-first-served basis for adoptable animals. Our lines typically start 1 hour prior to the event’s start. See a full list of our upcoming events!
Many of our New Hope Partners have been very open about their need to focus more on the emergency cases and pull those animals with the greatest needs. With ACC having so many animals in care, it is challenging for our partners to know which animals they should focus their efforts on.
Because New Yorkers stepped up by adopting, fostering and spreading the word, ACC now has room to accept owner surrenders by appointment.
But we’re not in the clear. Animals arrive every day, and we need your help to keep space available for those who need us most.
